Morris Square Park
Once a rough patch of dirt and grass, Morris Square Park was completed and celebrated its Grand Opening on March 20 2020 in Liberty Harbor.
A big thanks to Ironstate Development and Kushner Real Estate Group, as well as Mayor Fulop and Councilman James Soloman, for making this park a reality.
It's now up to the community
Morris Square Park

Morris Canal Park
Part of Liberty State Park, the Morris Canal Park sits across the Morris Canal Basin from Liberty State Park.
With a wonderful view of NY Harbor, it is
a well-used park by the downtown community for dog walks and sun but it could be so much more!
A playground, perhaps?

Mission
The Mission of Friends of Morris Parks JC is to restore, maintain and improve Morris Square Park and Morris Canal Park in partnership with the City of Jersey City for the enjoyment and benefit of all city residents.
Our members and volunteers provide the manpower and ideas. Join our community and get involved!
